Integrated Quality Control System IQC

IQC enables the connection of our measuring instruments to a networked overall system. Jobs can be created in the terminal software X-job. This includes job data as well as all specifications of the optics. With the generated order sheet with QR code, all XONOX measuring devices can then be set simply via QR code scan.

The accuracy of the appliance is 1,5 arc sec. and its new software provides advanced features for recording the measured results. With the new goniometer, OPTAplus BG is able to measure and control the following prism and optical wedge parameters with high accuracy:
